Each leg offers the Ultra Distance or an optional Long distance. Race begins at 6:00am at Zephyr Cover Resort.

The unique course starts swimmers at Zephyr Cove Resort in the beautiful southern part of South Lake Tahoe, NV (2.4 miles or 1.2 miles). The 112 mile bike ride will utilize a variety of Northern Nevada’s scenery including a 1,400 ft elevation drop into Carson City (56 mile option). The bike portion of the route includes a three mile climb to Spooner Lake (7,100ft elevation), followed by a thrilling downhill ride that includes a 1,400ft elevation drop into Carson. The course then goes through the pristine calmness of Washoe Valley and continues into Reno, ending at the Legends at Sparks Marina. The day ends with a long run along the Truckee River Trail finishing at the Legends at Sparks Marina (26.2 miles or 13.1 miles).

DJ Ryon, 93.7 BOB-FM and some of your favorite local bands will keep the music flowing at this year’s Festival located at the Legends at Sparks Marina in front of Scheels.The Festival will have a vendor area with plenty of food and drinks and a great viewing area for spectators looking for their favorite athlete coming in and out of the bike-run transition areas or crossing the finish line.
