Join Groth’s experimental winemaker, Michael Weis, Atlantis Sommelier Christian O’Kuinghttons, Bistro Napa’s Chef d’Cuisine, Clayton Slieff, and Sous Chef, Adam Bronson, along with Atlantis Executive Chef Bob Katausky, for an exquisite meal that is unquestionably as daring as it is delicious! The experience begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, October 21st in Bistro Napa, on the 2nd floor of Atlantis.
Start with Seared Day Boat Scallops, featuring a California Hackleback Caviar and citrus foam, with a 2009 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Rabbit Schnitzel with sage spaetzle, crispy veal sweetbreads and caramelized quince are accompanied by a 2008 Napa Valley Chardonnay. A 2007 Oakville Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon compliments a pancetta-wrapped salmon, and dinner is completed with oak-fired Colorado Lamb Chop with provencale style lamb confit, served with lamb au jus and a 2006 Oakville Napa Valley “Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon.
The evening is concluded with a fall harvest apple strudle with rum raisin gelato, walnut praline, caramel syrup and illy coffee.
