2013 Reno-Tahoe Open

Big names are among the 132-player field for the Reno-Tahoe Open!

Former champions hitting the course, July 29 – August 4, include Padraig Harrington, David Duval, Mike Weir, Rich Been and Davis Love III. Eight former Reno-Tahoe Open champions will be aiming for another title – including defending champion J.J. Henry!

Returning favorites at the Open include Women’s Day presented by Barrick Gold to kick off the week, the Pro-Am playing opportunity featuring Doctors Supporting Troops, the University of Nevada’s Pack Pavilion, the wild and wacky Loudmouth Lounge (21 & older), the Mirassou Wine Walk, children’s activities and so much more! The RTO will again Salute the Troops by hosting many on-site events just for members of the military including the famous Patriots’ Outpost hospitality suite on the 9th green, presented by GE.

Ladies First!

Women’s Day returns, Sunday July 28th at Montrêux Golf & Country Club. Welcome back the incredible LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam as she puts on another of her memorable golf demonstrations, and join us in greeting for the first time the fascinating Lisa “Longball” Vlooswyk, the 7-time Canadian Women’s Long Drive Champion who will show us a thing or two about hitting the ball and then give a motivational speech while attendees enjoy an amazing meal.

Two FREE Parking Opportunities

As in years past, public parking is offered for $5 per vehicle, however this year, carpooling vehicles with four or more passengers will be able topark for FREE! Additionally, guests who bring two or more non-perishable food to donate to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada will be guaranteed free parking. All parking will be available at Galena High School, located off of Mt. Rose Highway, and free shuttles to Montrêux will be provided.
